Beginning in 1989 in her Cincinnati basement, Donna grew Fabulous-Furs into a global brand and a key asset of the Salyers Group. Her faux fur designs, inspired by a desire to create ethical luxury, are sold in 4,000+ locations and featured in films, Broadway, and major fashion magazines. With clients like Oprah and Mariah Carey, she’s been profiled in People and the Wall Street Journal. Donna and her husband Jim split their time between Covington and Florida, enjoying family life with their children and grandchildren. A prolific writer and entrepreneur, she’s received numerous honors, including Great Living Cincinnatian (2024).
